My new Shapeoko 5 came with 1 broken drag chain mount. Despite a couple emails, Carbide has not responded to the issue.
Does anyone know where to buy replacement parts compatible with the Shapeoko 5 drag chain?
As noted on support, these are made by Xai Lin, but we don’t know if they sell direct to end-users, and we will ship you one as soon as is possible.
Given the difficulty of sourcing for end-users, it would be amazing if sections of the drag chain were available in the Carbide accessory store…

Thanks Carbide for sending me a replacement.
I did model the part in Fusion and can make it available if anyone wants to 3D print one.
