Drag knife offset

I recently put together a drag knife assembly to cut vinyl. One thing Ive been reading about is there is an offset the machine needs to compensate for because the tip of the blade is off center. Im wondering how other people have dealt with this.

Don’t know how to answer your question, but recently saw this video, so hopefully that’ll help with setting up a vinyl cutting system.
