Drawing a straight line (or a zero angle Polyline)

I have a really hard time drawing a perfectly straight line in Carbide Create. By that I mean a Polyline with an angle of Zero. In other programs there is some indicator or a hot key I can hold to lock that into straight. Does anything like that exist in Carbide Create?

Carbide Create does not have such a modifier key in the current versions.

If you enable Snap to Grid, drawing straight lines becomes much easier — for bonus points, set the grid increment to match the line you wish to drwa.

I will frequently draw a line between 2 grid points, then move it to position if it’s not directly on the grid.
