Drilling 1/4" holes in hard ABS plastic

What 1/4" Carbide or Amana bit should I use for hard ABD plastic ? My Dewalt router can only go down to 16000 rpm. and the plastic almost start to melt and sticks to the drill.

I would recommend a 1/4" O-Flute if you are using a drilling path. Perhaps a 3/16" or 1/8" O-flute to hole-mill them. Crank up the feedrate to reduce heat & melting. You should be able to cut ABS at 120 IPM.
