DTL File Imported in Carbide Create Pro Cuts Too Shallow (Under 18mm)

Do you mean β€œSTL”?

Please upload your STL (or send it in to support@carbide3d.com) as as well as the .c2d file and we will look into this with you.

Welcome to the forum.

As Will mentions, without more information it will be hard to help you.

Assuming you mean an STL file, you can set the height when you import it.

If you have another app that can open & analyze faceted bodies, you can determine the overall size of the STL model. Otherwise, you can create a temporary gage block in the modeler to compare the height.
