I have an apron from the Woodcraft store when it was here years ago. This catches a lot of dust and offers some protection from possible kickback.
As Ed mentioned compressed air is a nice help as well. I also have a brush I use from time to time.
Trying to keep the shop clean after each project will assist as well.
Once in a routine this will help with this ongoing issue.
