Embossed text at the bottom of a pocket

Take an olympic weight plate. It’s 1-½" thick and has 4 pockets. At the bottom of two of the pockets, it shows the the weight in LB and KG. If I set the depth of the pockets to 1-¼" and the “25 LBS” to 1-⅜", the numbers appear embossed at the bottom of the pocket.

First, set a series of circles:

Then set the text:

Then cut the initial pocket:

(Note that you will need to source a long reach endmill able to make these cuts)

Then add the text to the selection:

and create a pocket with a suitable tool which starts at the bottom of the previous pocket and cuts to the desired depth:
