End plates not square?

I have been reading all I can about the Shapeoko 3, assembly, setup, squaring, etc. during my pre-purchase and shipping wait. My Shapeoko 3 XXL arrived yesterday after only 3 days from order. Inventoried all the parts last night.
After reading about extrusions not being square on the ends I checked mine with a machines square. They are perfect! However when I got to the frame pieces that have the end plates on them, only one appears to be 90^ degrees. The others are bent visibly out or in some. Not sure if this will be a problem during squaring or if the tightening of the plates to the extrusions will put everything back square. Has anyone else notice the end plates out of square? Will it effect squaring late on? I can possibly bend them back but may do more harm than good. I just don’t want to get to the squaring stage and end up having to disassemble everything and try to correct it later. Thanks for any help or advise. Craig

Usually the V wheels have sufficient give in now they are placed/ride on the linear rails that this isn’t an issue.
