i just ground the body of the spindle, i wish this is going to work i get a little bit mad about this machine

This is unfortunately a typical issue with many chinese spindles, and it goes away once properly grounded. For a more permanent/convenient fix you may need to open the back of the spindle, locate the unused pin (GND) and ground it to the spindle body internally, then close it and ground it (probably at the level of your VFD) using the now-connected gnd wire (assuming you had a 4 wire cable, that is)
You should also ground your dust hose as @luc.onthego said, to minimize the probability of ever getting EMI issues again
