In Fusion 360, I created a simple design, and when I would post process the G-code to Carbide Motion, it would imeadietly show “Error in line 1: Syntax Error.” We used a USB drive to transfer the code to Carbide Motion.
Can you post the first few lines of the file?
Accentuated/special characters in the comment lines can lead to this. Or it’s something more obvious, inspecting those first lines should tell us
