Exporting gcode to other machines? scales incorrectly

So I just acquired a new to me full size CNC machine in the shop. I bought the shapeoko to learn on before buying the big machine. I like the simplicity of Carbide 3d Pro for quick designs but I am having trouble exporting the gcode to the new machine. The program looks fine in simulation on both my cnc computers but when I run it on the newer cnc it just machines the very corner of the project and thats it. Like it is trying to machine the whole project in a one inch square.
The new machine is an older Techno LC4896. Runs Fusion just fine but not Carbide 3d. What am I looking for here too correct this problem?
thanks

Did you go through the Setup on the machine & choose the units & scale factor?

Yes I tried that it seems to crash or stall with the factory scale factors that are listed on the machine. its at -800 and works but the factory states -20320 which is a huge difference. I am going back through the menus to see where I am missing something

replying to myself. The machine is in inches -20320 is correct when in metric it is -800. SO still stumped on the scale of the project?

Maybe you are seeing a step count ?
20320/800=25.4

Found the solution. When you go to the post process menu in the toolbar there is a selection for scale. It MUST be in the scale you are using in the new machine.
Just because you are designing in the proper scale doesn’t mean it is being exported in that scale.
It’s nice to know I can still use this program on the new machine. It’s simple and I can make patterns really quick with it.
