If someone is looking for some extended reach end mills, I found this company in my hometown. http://www.pmtnow.com The one one the right is a 0.062" ball nose that has 0.500" 4 flutes and is 2.5" overall. The one on the left is a 0.062" ball nose 3 flutes with a length of 0.094", a 0.875" relief and is 2.5" overall length.
What material are you planning to cut? If it’s relatively soft (think plastics, aluminum, etc.) the fewer flutes you have, the better.
