I plan to mill this such that the ‘&’ is 0.2mm lower than the other two letters. I can create tool paths for the contours, but how do I create a tool path to face the ‘&’ to a lower height? Also should this be the first or the last step?

It’s basically the same process. Select the face, then select “face” or “pocket” and it should be selected as the faces to mill.
