I’ve been using CC build 743 and CM build 579 for awhile now and every once in awhile I get a pop up window when trying to load a file in CM. It says “Only C2D files from CC V7 are supported”. Well I’m using V7 and sometimes the files load and sometimes they don’t. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason that I can find. Anyone else experience this?
This error should only happen when files from v6 or earlier are sent to Carbide Motion.
If you have a file which was saved out from v7 which won’t load into Carbide Motion please post it to support@carbide3d.com
I get the same warning when I open a file that I have changed in CC,then saved it under the same name and will not open in CM.I have to go back in CC and sign it another name and all is good, little frustrating but now I know what not to do.
