Is there a limit as to how fast I could run my feed rate? Is there a number it tops out at?
GRBL has some settings for that; iirc the default is set to 200 ipm.
Im sure can change that limit but also if you go too much faster you will lose accuracy/force/etc
Do you happen to know which grbl setting controls that. I was doing some 3d carving and set it at 250ipm and tried to increase speed via CM and didn’t notice a difference. Thanks!

Y is $111
Z is $112
All values are in mm/min
Keep in mind, especially when you are carving 3D, that you will be limited by the slowest axis.
