Feeds and speeds for beginner

HI, I am recieving my new 5 Pro XXL today and trying to find my starting point. My only other experience with CNC is in 3D printing and a small open builds CNC I built seveal years ago. That one used a Makita router and the new one will be using a C3D spindle kit. I know that feeds and speeds are relative to what I what I want to do with what, but I would still like to get a good starting point.

Short version: Is there a feed&speed chart out there that could be used for a 5 XXL that includes or is spacific to a VFD spindle?

( will probobly start out with MDF and soft pine, biut want to graduate to hard woods and UHMW material)

We don’t (yet?) have a chart specific to the SO5 Pro paired w/ a VFD Spindle Kit, nor even for the Shapeoko 5 Pro itself.
