Note to self.
For an 8mm thick Festool Domino, machine a hole exactly 8.4mm wide, 22mm height and a fillet corner of 5mm. This produces a sweet fit.

Nice to know. I dont have a Domino but I bought the Jessm Pocket Hole jig that emulates the Domino in making holes for Domino sized pockets. I have ordered all the beech loose tenons from Amazon. The Festool ones were toooooo exensive.
The Festool tools are quite high quality but their price is also high. I recently used a friends Festool Rotex 6" sander. That thing is a beast and removes stock like you would not believe. However for the $700.00+ price I think it should come with a person to do the sanding for you.
