I downloaded both Create and Motion. I just a blank screen when I open the shortcuts. I uninstalled and re-installed the files. Same thing. One time Motion open briefly, then crashed.What an I doing wrong?

What are your computer specs?
Are you getting any pop ups?
Can you post a screen shot?

If possible, try another computer.
