Fillets not in toolpath

I created a design that has rounded corners on a rectangle.

In the simulation, the corners are square (and in the cutting).

What am I missing?

I believe that’s the result when you select the Inside/Left toolpath direction. Try Outside/right instead.

In the future, upload the design file as well (the C2D file). Pictures are a good way to describe the problem, but useless for diagnosing it.

If you want full control over appearance you will need to draw both of the desired edges:

and cut as a pocket:

As noted, if you do an outside contour to a rounded form:

then it will be rounded as well:
