Is there a way to use fillets, particularly dogbone in CCPro? Need to get 90s on some projects. And are there good videos on how to do this?

They are pretty easily made on the corners of rectangle:
If you’re making a part which you need to fit into a mortice, then there are a couple of ways to do that — say one wants to cut this cat as an outline and slot it into a stand:
Joining the two parts:

results in the cut outline not fully seating due to a rounding:
So one draws a pair of circles a bit larger than the tool to be used:
Positioning them appropriately, then select the geometry in question:
and use Region Builder:

To select only what is wanted:

and delete what is not:
which then cuts as one wants:
and will seat fully.
