Fixing Z axis plate movement...?

Hello, 3rd quick CNC cut for an organizer for the top of my Shapeoko work bench and I noticed the Z plate would chatter causing for some uneven cuts while starting the pocket cuts. I took a quick video to show what I was experiencing…

I’m pretty sure it’s a simple fix… just looking for some pointers.
