Fixture plate question

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is better to get some pvc boards surfaced to the exact height of the t-track or if it would be better to just mount a fixture plate directly to the t-track without any slats. After seeing the hybrid tables ability to flex I don’t really have confidence in not supporting the aluminum without confirmation. The aluminum will be .725" thick or so after surfacing and 36"x21 3/8" with a double 10mm offset grid of m6 tapped holes.

A 0.725" chunk of aluminum is going to add a lot more rigidity & stability than MDF or PVC slats.
Mount directly to the top of the T-track, or remove the T-tracks & mount directly to the crossmembers.
