Flattening 4XXL wasteboard, file error?

Still learning basic stuff. But had enough early success to keep going. Realized that I need to flatten my wasteboard slats. I downloaded Shapeoko Pro + 4 XXL Flattening File by KevinBarnett to use on my 4XXL. But when I try to run it Carbide Motion tells me

I tried with both a Mcfly bit and a 1 1/4" SPE 2+2 as tool. Same message.

How do I address this? Thanks for helping me learn.

This is a warning as noted at:

https://carbide3d.com/blog/carbide-motion-bounds-checking/

Usually it is caused by a mismatch between job setup:

https://carbide3d.com/hub/courses/create/job-setup/

and how origin is set relative to the stock:

https://carbide3d.com/hub/courses/running-shapeoko/movements-zeroing/

I find that opening the .c2d file up and drawing a box which matches the specified dimensions (draw up the cut in profile if need be) or moving the machine to the origin and then using a tape measure to measure out the dimension(s) in question will make clear where things aren’t lining up.

Thank you, William (Will?) - for the info and the speedy response. I’ll take another look later this afternoon.

I redid the job file from scratch and saved new version. All good now. Thanks again.
