I purchased a Shapeoko Pro about a year ago. I had a few bugs at first. Support was great at sending replacement parts to get up and running. I have made many things with my machine. I just wanted to say that it is a great machine from a great company. Thank you for making great machines. Have a Merry Christmas!

i have to 2nd this. I’ve had my Shapeoko3 XL for about 3 years and while I’ve run into a few hiccups here and there, Carbide 3D team has been so helpful with not only my problems but just keeping everything updated in general. Seems like they’re always working on updating and improving and I’m so happy with my machine and the software.
