Many have asked about this model dust extractor and separator. Purchased this model for $349.99 because liked its collection performance to 2 micros, but what do not like is FoxAlien has yet to honored their warranty. The unit arrived damaged (bend on end), can’t remove the main filter because of dent. Looks like going have to take apart to fix myself because FoxAlien rather give a run around to replace what wasn’t customer’s fault. I sent them pics but now they will not response of where and how to send back for replacement; and, they do not have a telephone number to contact them which tells me likely I’m stuck with a damaged unit, and their advertisment is just words apparently; so, if someone wants one of these unit’s just beware.

Looks like their website has a link to a FaceBook Community page. Maybe a post there would generate a response.
