Im getting some wear points on the top gantry from the Metal belt wheel, is this common?
It happens on some machines — cosmetic, but annoying — like the Z-axis, it’s a tight assembly with little clearance.
The fix is to clear the powder coat out of the upper area of each idler wheel.

I had the same issue, I just hit the idler wheel with a belt sander to reduce the diameter a little, hasn’t been an issue since!
