I bought the Get a Grip workiholding kit some tima ago and wanted to use it yesterday for a project. It was only then I realized the spacing of the holes on the corner square and the straight pieces have holes meant for metric spacing of the table holes. The Nomad threaded table has its holes on the Imperial scale, so the holes don’t line up. I managed with the pieces I had, but it would have been nice to have the straight piece along the back side of the work. I think I’ll have to mill out the holes a little to get it to fit.
I took a look at the web page and, while the Nomad isn’t listed, no measurements are given, which would have clued me in when I ordered the kit.
Please don’t take this as a complaint - it’s meant more for a suggestion to have the web page describing the kit give actual measurements.
