Getting Started Issue

I’m brand new to this and I’m already struggling. I just want to do the marker run on a piece of paper to create the logo from the “Hello World” video and I can’t get the file to open in carbide create. Am I supposed to unzip the file to get it to load in Carbide Create? I know this easy for most people, but I truly am at ground zero on this…

We have all been there. Yes, you have to unzip the file. If I remember right all you have to do in Windows is click on the Zip file and it will unzip

“Hello World” doesn’t open up in Carbide Create — it is directly opened in Motion, see:
