Keep getting this when I initialize. Any advice would be great.
Which machine do you have?
What is the machine doing if anything?

It would start to initialize and then would stop. I found a thread online and followed it by shutting it down and then moving all of the axis to the middle and then trying to restart the process. That worked and then when I went to zero, as the spindle is coming to the bit setter, it doesn’t go all the way to the right. Almost sounds like a grinding is happening. I stopped and followed the directions I found online and it worked. I also oiled my gantry to see if it was dragging and causing it to happen. Getting ready to zero it again.
My Z axis was not grinding but starting to sound a little hangry and it needed lubed.

Yep, that was the issue. Crazy…
Good to know, based on the feedback on the forum I knew right away that lube was needed based on the change in sound on the raising of the upper end of the Z axis.
