Hello all, I need to accurately cut 1.12mm thick glass sheets for a scale model. Mostly precisely placed holes and outside dimensions that include a curve. Note that the debris from cutting must be discarded in a safe fashion and not poured into a municipal water system (the tiny shards will shred the filters).

Otherwise, a diamond drag bit is the usual choice:

Interesting… I would have thought setting “Min Depth” and “Max Depth” to the same value would have yielded a single consistent depth per pass. Is that not the case?
