I have a piece of Granite I would like to cut some initials into. Has anyone done this. Can you use the standard carbide cutter and what plunge rate and cut speed would you use. Or would you need a special cutter.

The machine isn’t rigid enough to actually cut granite well — with cooling, and a diamond-tipped endmill maybe, but the tooling life would be short:
