GRBL Alarm 10 - After Installing VFD Spindle

I just purchased a Shapeoko 5 Pro less than a month ago and it has been working good. Today I replaced the stock spindle with a VFD Spindle. All was working at first, when I started my second project, it began cutting diagonally. I stopped the project and then initialized the machine only to have it stop and give me the following error.

GRBL Alarm 10:
Homing Fail. Second dual axis limit switch failed to trigger within configured search distance after first.

The axis limit switches are all lighting up when in contact but the machine doesn’t bounce off of them it like was.

Any ideas or input is appreciated,
Thanks in advance!

Power down and gently pull the gantry up against the front endplates — make sure that everything is mechanically sound and that it will be possible for the machine to move through the entire range of motion and that nothing is interfering.

If that doesn’t get you homing, please let us know at support@carbide3d.com

Are they showing in Settings - Debug when you are triggering them?

Something I did notice, the left side of the gantry moved at a slower rate than the right. Meaning the left side never came in contact with the sensor on that side. (On the Y axis, I believe) It appears as though they are out of sync.

I did check the machine for square and it looks good.

In that screenshot, it looks you are homed since X,Y, Y2 are all triggered.

The ball screws should move at the same rate. I’d check to see if something is loose, there are set screws on the ball screw “Axles” and there is a plate on the ball screw itself.
