I keep getting this error for some reason. Using @neilferreri’s fusion tool change post processor and carbide motion. Not exactly sure what it means or what to do to fix it. It only makes it through the first couple minutes of roughing and freezes.
Are you generating G-Code in Imperial? If so, switch your settings to make the G-Code in metric.

Can you share the Fusion file or gcode?
As @WillAdams said, the easy thing to do is just use metric. That usually eliminates the issue.

Thanks Will, it appears to have fixed the issue. I have made it past the original failure point…
I wrote over the gcode file after switching to metric. If you still want me to share let me know and I can change it back and write a new file.
If you wouldn’t mind. Might help to test and change something to prevent these aggravating arc issues.
