Today is Easter Sunday. Hope everyone can be with family and hunt for Easter Eggs together. I will be having lunch with my cousin and will be making Ham, Corn on the cob, glazed carrots and of course mashed potatoes. For dessert strawberry short cake. All the staples of a Easter Dinner.

Just the two of us here but we had a ham with scalloped potatoes, corn and asparagus topped off with apple pie for desert last night. And since it’s just us two tonight will be turkey with mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts (mmmm my fav), carrots and likely the rest of the apple pie … if there’s room in my rapidly expanding midsection
