Having difficulty with toolpaths for this

A while ago (a looong while ago) I attempted to cut a bandsaw guide block out of HDPE.

I managed to get the design drawn in CC but struggled with the toolpaths and Booleans.

I finally got it to the stage where I ran the simulation but it was still not correct although usable with some manual fettling. Simulation shows small upstanding bits of uncut material on 3 corners. However I did not buy my SO3 to indulge in manual fettling so would like to get the cut correct without manual intervention.

I have attached (I hope)n the c2d file, a picture of what the final article should look like and details of the dimensions…
Is anybody able to tell me what I need to change to make the machining correct?

Little nibbles removed.

I added an offset vector and created a pocket toolpath instead of a contour one.

Thanks for that Anthony

I’ll have a look at it over the weekend and see where I went wrong so that I don’t make the same mistake again.
