HDZ Issue - Help Please

Ok so I got the HDZ installed and the spindle kit. I went through the settings to set everything up for the HDZ and when finished I went to initialize machine and I’m getting error messages. The ball screw isn’t turning and the motor coupler is spinning but again ball screw doesn’t turn. Next I get these error messages.

Can someone please help here?

HDZ is new and I just installed it today.

Did you send the correct machine configuration for an HDZ Z-axis?

Are the screws secure on the coupler?

Got it working, tightened the hex screwed for the coupler and now it’s working.
