Hi all, I just started doing my HDZ upgrade and had a couple questions –
I’ve gotten to the point where I’m mounting the HDZ to the rail. I have the lower V-wheels installed with the eccentric nuts placed with the dimple facing up. I could barely get the screw into the nut because the V-wheel was pretty tight on the rail. It’s not going to require any adjustment to remove slop - is that normal?
Also, I have the SuckIt dust boot and have the HDZ mount from them and the SuckIt ears from Carbide3D. I haven’t looked at it but it doesn’t seem there are any instructions for using / mounting the “ears”. Can someone post a photo of them mounted or is it pretty obvious where they go once I get to that point?
