I am looking to purchase the HDZ and I am wondering if it comes with brand new wheels?

Mine did,
The current store page says;
“The only hardware that will come from your existing setup is the spindle mount and limit switches.”
And the inventory on pg 6 of the install guide says new V Wheels too;

I can confirm this. My HDZ (for 3XL) came with new Vee wheels, HD Eccentric cams, belt roller/guides. Not sure if the wheels are identical to the original 3XL wheels or whether HD versions (if such a thing exists).

I think they are the same v-wheels. Carbide may have changed vendors of the v-wheels over time but they are the same spec as the original ones.
