Help with inlay male toolpath

Hi! For a good freind of mine, I’m creating a cuttungboard with an inlay of his company logo.
I’m using the new inlay function of CC Build 778.
I created the female part of the logo and that works creat but after desinging the male part I ran into an issue creating the toolpath.

I created a boundery circle around the logo as shown in the ‘How to Create Perfect V-Carve Inlays on your CNC’ video from Carbide and when I generate the toolpath it skips the text within the logo.

When I change the pocket tool to a bigger mill, the big letters are oke but the small ones are still being skipped.

Can anyone tell me what I do wrong or to add some kind of a workaround?

I can mill only the circle and the rest of the pieces seperately but it will be a waste of meterial…

Kind Regards

Richard

Is that text selected as part of the toolpath?

Upload your file?

Yes, all vectors are selected.

This is my file:
Meatstreet.c2d (356 KB)

Opened your file:

and went to the Toolpaths pane:

and everything was expected.

Please try the file in the new beta:

Hi!
I did a fresh installation of CC Build 778 just to give it a try but that did’nt work… Then I installed the Beta Build: 805 and that worked as expected!

Thanks for your effort!
Really appreciated.
