I do not know how to communicate with you. I sent a question about three weeks ago. I do not know where to go to find answer. I get these emails from you saying you haven’t heard from me in a while. Evidently I do not know how to respond. I would like to ask a question now and then.

Are you asking how to communicate with the Forum as you did or to a specific person or to Carbide Create?
The last ticket I see from you is #295379 from 28 March, but all the tickets I am finding are closed as resolved.
If you’ll respond at support@carbide3d.com we will do our best to assist.
I think it was about: When I paused an operation the resumed the cutter started cutting .03 deeper. I was trying to figure out why.

I guess I was asking Carbide. I see now that all of the emails are noreply. I didn’t notice that before. I am an X-autocad and solid works user but have never participated in a forum or social media.
