If this video is when you start the homing process it is possible that your homing switch on the Z needs adjusting.
So to start homing the Z goes all the way up and triggers the Z homing switch. If that is successful then the gantry moves to the right rear to trigger the X and Y homing switches.
So the basic trouble shooting is move the Z axis away from your homing switch. Power on Shapeoko and connect but DO NOT INITIALIZE. Go to the Settings menu and Debug and place a metal object over the Z proximity switch. It should show activated. Move the metal piece away from the switch and no sensors should be activated. Also try that with the X, Y and the Bitsetter plunger by pressing it down and each one should show activated and then deactivated when you move the metal (wrench) away from the X and Y and let the button up on the BitSetter. You can also check the BitZero by touching the magnet to the BitZero.
If all these tests work then power off the Shapeoko. Move your Z axis all the way to the top. Power on the Shapeoko, connect but do not initialize. Open your Settings and Debug and see if the Z is triggered. If not then adjust the switch until it is triggered. If it is triggered then try to initialize.
I cannot see in the picture if you have a Z-Plus or an older belt Z. The older belt Z can have proximity switches or the mechanical switches but the Z-Plus is supposed to have the proximity switches only and a minimum level for the controller. I think you have a Z-Plus because your Z motor is up above and the older belt Z had the motor in the back if I remember that far back.
