Does anyone know if this company is still functional?
I recently ordered a Nomad 8x8 plate.
I was charged the total amount on PayPal, but no email confirmation. I emailed Derek Berger, the owner, but no response.
I don’t know about them but if it falls through, I’ve really enjoyed my Saunders Machine Works nomad plate and accessories (locating pins, stops, jacks, and modular vice)

Thank you so much for your response @HeuristicBishop . I got an email from Derek. He is no longer making these plates, or at least not for the original price. At the moment, he is out of materials, so he offered me a refund.
The Saunders one looks super interesting! I should have gone with that. Unfortunately, ahead of the order (now cancelled) of the HTS plate, I already purchased a bunch of dowels with 10-32 threads. So I think I might try to drill and tap a few 10-32 on the original bed. If this doesn’t work, I will try the Saunders.
