HM001: The machine could not pull off the homing switches

Hello, i’m seeing this error when trying to initialize my 5 pro via carbide create. This is the first time using the machine.

I’ve made sure that the machine is square and that the gantry moves freely in all positions. I’ve also checked the homing switches work by tapping a allen key to them to make sure they register. I’ve already sent a message to support.

any ideas?
This is a brand new machine, just set it up

Just got the replacement controller from support team and I’m still having the same error

Slowly/gently move the machine through the full range of motion for all axes — does it move smoothly? Slowly/gently move to the center of movement for each axis.

Power up, go to Settings | Debug — are any stuck on? If not and you then test each, does it light promptly as expected?

If the homing switches test out okay, Bypass the Homing Switches per:

https://carbide3d.com/hub/docs/troubleshooting-homing/

then try moving each axis — does each move as expected?
