Hi guys,
I hope you can help me with this. During initialization,I receive this message HM009. The machine moves to the right and turns on the limit switch for X which remains on. After 30 seconds or so I receive the HM009 message.
Needless to say, I tried cleaning the machine. No luck. I cleared the log and re-initialized.
This was what was generated.

I manually tried the MDI interface to jog. Z moves but X and Y does not. Any suggestions on what I can do to troubleshoot this problem would be appreciated.

You said the machine moves to the right, but it should also be simultaneously moving backwards. If it is not doing this, I recommend reaching out to support.

It does not move the Y access just the X. I really didn’t notice that but thanks for the help. I do have a call into them since last Thursday and hopefully they get back to me in the near future. Thanks again for your input.
