Homing Issue with s3 XXL

Hi,

It looks like there is an issue with homing my machine and the machine seems to loose it’s zero.

1 home machine
2 zero machine on home
3 mark position
4 run a job (dry run, no actual cutting)
5 goto current offset
6 marked position not equalling 0/0/0 position

Machine is leveled, squared, steps calibrated.

I would appreciate if you could point out what to check.

Things to review:

Thanks Will, I’ll check that.
However I honestly doubt that this is a HW / setup issue, as there is at the same time the other homing issue I described via mail. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/10xLOIr5LrPqomHwJgxZWUCjIO86VMCY_/view?usp=drivesdk, ref Controller error, now won’t home)
Somehow I have the feeling they are related.

I’m Using CM v3
Is this maybe related to 412?

• (FIX) Fixed edge case where a jog to the limit could cause a lockup.
• (FIX) Update SO settings to fix homing timeout
• (FIX) Hopefully fixed error in some homing cycles on Shapeoko XXL
