How do i get the proper feed rate and plunge rate for this new tool?

Trying to surface mdf board.

For large (relatively) fly cutters, you want low DOC, low RPMs and high feed rates.

I have a 1" 4 cutter, I run 10K RPM and start at 100 IPM feed. I usually up the feedrate in CM to 150% or even higher. Once you have a comfortable feedrate, you can experiment with deeper DOC.

There’s also F&S values available on that page, but it’s not clear what size machine they are for. Their Document says for MDF, 200 IPM @ 17K RPM.
