How in god's name do I cut this big cut into seperate pieces

I need to cut a large circlular piece, but it’s too big for my XL bed. I need to cut this shape into 4 pieces, but this is the closest I was able to get

How can I erase the 2 square lines that connect the piece?

I’ve spent legitimately an hour and half trying to figure out how to properlkyt trim SVGs and I’m at my ropes end

The best way to make such geometry is using Trim Vectors, something like:

So the red shape is what your are trying to design?

Note that the tabs/joint you designed won’t result in a circular part. It will be 1/2" smaller than the original circle. The bottom tab should be like the light blue going past the center line.
