Hey, got a simple pocket I’m trying to do, to make it swift I want to use my quarter inch to hog out the bulk of it, then come back with my 8th inch to try and get the corners more sharp radius. When I add an inner offset of .0625, is says Empty Toolpath? am I suppose to make the offset the full diameter of .125 instead of just the radius of .0625?
You can use the same vector. No need for an offset.
If you have Pro, duplicate the pocket, change the tool to 1/8", and use Rest milling.
If you don’t have Pro, do an inside contour path on the same vector.
If you’re trying to leave finish stock for the 1/8" to remove, then you may need an offset.

ok, will try the inside contour, thank you sir
wait…when you say do the inside contour do I even need to switch to the 1/8th endmill?
If you want the corners cleared out to a 1/16" radius, yes.
