How to calculate energy usage of Nomad 3

Hi All,

I’d like to calculate how much my electrical cost is per hour of usage of my Nomad 3.
Would anyone know how to do this?

You would need something like this to measure your usage. Pick one that will work for your needs.

Then you would need to find out you actual charge per kilowatt for your electricity.

And if you really want to get your true cost per hour for running your machine you would also need to get electrical usage for your computer/s, lighting, dust/chip collection, AC or hear and anything else you may have running for the operation.

Some power providers can give you the formula to calculate you cost it may be on their website.

However you will not be using a lot of electricity so I would take your highest bill for the summer or winter and divide it by the numbers of hours for the month and use that amount. You wont need anything but a power bill and a lot less work.
