This explains all the math for conventional bits. While that doesn’t work exactly here it provides a good info on the principles. Most bit manufacturers provide some sort of suggested speeds or chipload recommendations. With one of those you should be able to calculate a range of cutting parameters for the Shapkeoko.

Here are recommendations from IDC woodcraft for their 1/4” chip breaker. Might start there. I know a 1/8 is not a 1/4. But might give something to reason about.
